Donations
East End Food Co-op is committed to the community that it serves. Our donation programs are one way for us to fulfill our Ends Policy Statement to "create, promote and sustain a healthy, strong and vibrant local community that serves the need for physical well-being, mutual respect, social connectedness and economic vitality while ensuring sustainability in the use of all resources toward this end."
Community groups, non-profits, and individuals seeking donations of food, merchandise or gift certificates are encouraged to fill out an application to our General Donations Program. Applications must be submitted two weeks prior to the event or date indicated by groups. Applications are available on-line or at our Customer Service desk.
EEFC partners with local non-profits for the One Percent Wednesday Donation Program in order to support and bring more awareness to the issues that local groups address in our community. You can nominate a local non-profit for this program by filling out an application, available on-line or at Customer Service, or by calling the Membership Services Coordinator at 412.242.3598.
